Early in-person voting (also absentee voting) begins Monday, October 16, 2023. The following locations are open for in-person absentee voting.

Elkhart

Report to the reception desk on the first floor to be directed to the voting room.
Middlebury

If you need to vote by mail, apply for an absentee ballot by mail online at Indianavoters.com.
Applications to vote absentee by mail must be received by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, October 26, 2023.
